What you'll do

Install hardware, measure and cut materials, and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with tradespeople and contractors, maintain tools and equipment, and communicate with team members.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Install a variety of hardware, including door closers, door keypads, cabinets, and restroom fixtures. - Measure and cut materials to specifications. - Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards. - Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to complete projects on time. - Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. - Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with other team members. - Perform related duties as required or assigned. Requirements - Proven experience in door hardware installation. - Strong knowledge of tools and techniques. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor.
