This role exists to support everyday routines with kindness, patience, and a steady, reliable presence. The day flows around their routine: a little conversation, a little structure, and a lot of steady support. You'll keep notes as you go, adjust to small changes with a problem-solver mindset, and communicate updates so everyone stays on the same page. Some visits are quiet and comforting; others are busy and upbeat. Either way, you wrap up knowing you helped someone feel safe, seen, and cared for.
