WHAT YOU WILL DO Monday to Friday- 8am to 5pm Coordinate CBISA reporting and troubadour activities to collect information, and report on community involvement and program impact on improving health outcomes in local communities. Coordinate the Speakers Bureau to identify and provide speakers on various health and wellness topics to internal and external events. Plan and coordinate booth setup and staffing for health screenings. Develop and implement specific marketing programs and strategies for maintaining contact with homecare and hospice referral sources. Track and evaluate effectiveness of marketing strategies. Maintain effective follow-up on prospective referral sources through personal visits, phone calls, and written communication. Develops long-term relationships with key decision makers in the organizations within target market. Maintain contact management database, to provide historical record of contact demographic data for each referral account. Provide education and awareness of home care and hospice services to medical, nursing, and other professional colleagues. Respond and follow up on all complaints and concerns from referral sources and physicians, and establish best practices for the future.
