A devoted single father is working hard to bring his 5-month-old son home before the college semester begins in September. We need dedicated pediatric nurses to help make this homecoming possible and ensure this sweet baby receives top-tier care in a loving environment. Patient Case Details: Client: 5-month-old baby boy (only child in the home, no pets). Clinical Needs: G-tube care, oral suctioning for secretions, and low-flow oxygen monitoring (No Trach). Daily Engagement: The family is looking for a warm nurse who will engage in tummy time, read books, support physical therapies, and actively participate in developmental milestones. Physical Needs: Must be able to comfortably perform transfers from the crib to the floor for play and therapy (lifting required). Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care (Trach/Vent management, G-Tube/GJ-Tube feedings, medication administration). Monitor and document vitals and symptoms within our integrated EMR system. Assist with ADLs (repositioning, hygiene, and mobility). Collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure superior patient outcomes. Qualifications Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan. Experience in home health or private duty nursing preferred. Trach/Vent knowledge is helpful, but we will train motivated candidates!
