What you'll do
- Deliver patient care from assessment through evaluation, oversee patients from admission to discharge, and develop plans of care.
- Coordinate with physicians and care teams, complete nursing documentation, and supervise nursing clinical team members.
What you need
- Requires a current Illinois State RN, Russian and English bilingual ability, CPR Certification, and previous experience in nursing or another health field.
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment is required; WellSky EMR knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Completing the nursing process in the delivery of patient care, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes.
Total oversight of patient from admission to discharge.
Developing a plan of care based on findings.
Serving as patient’s advocate and maintaining ongoing communication with physicians, referral sources, caregivers, and facility management to coordinate care.
Timely completion of all skilled nursing documentation.
Providing direct supervision of nursing clinical care team members (LPN/LVNs & HHAs)
Multidisciplinary team approach (coordinating with all disciplines of patient care, including PT, OT, ST, MSW, HHA's, and office staff)
Requirements
Current Illinois State RN.
Bilingual (Russian/English)
CPR Certification
Previous experience in nursing or other health field experience
Familiarity with medical software and equipment
Ability to build rapport with patients
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
WellSky EMR knowledge is preferred but not required.
Compensation and benefits:
Salary Range: $65-$85/per visit, commensurate with experience
