At Haven Home Health & Hospice, our On-Call RNs provide skilled nursing care after hours, helping patients remain safe and comfortable at home while supporting families during the moments that matter most. Schedule: • Monday-Friday: 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM • Weekends: 24-hour call coverage • 7 days on, followed by 7 days off If you're ready to step away from the constant pace of facility-based care and get back to the reason you became a nurse, we'd love to meet you. You'll be the calm voice on the phone, the trusted clinician making home visits when needed, and the support patients and families count on during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
