We're looking for a compassionate and dependable PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team serving Mansfield, Texas, and surrounding communities. What You'll Do: Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to hospice patients in their homes, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities. Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living. Help patients maintain comfort, dignity, and independence. Provide gentle repositioning, mobility assistance, and other personal care within your scope of practice. Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse. Offer companionship, encouragement, and emotional support to patients and families. Follow individualized plans of care established by the RN. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient visits. Communicate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patients receive quality care. What We're Looking For: Active Texas CNA certification. Previous CNA experience in hospice, home health, assisted living, skilled nursing, or a hospital preferred. Hospice experience is a plus, but not required! Compassionate, patient, and dependable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable providing one-on-one personal care. Ability to work independently while following the patient's plan of care. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. Ability to travel throughout Mansfield and surrounding communities. What We Offer: Flexible PRN Scheduling.
