Purpose-Driven Work: Help create sustainable packaging solutions that reduce food waste and protect our environment for future generations. ---------------------------------------- The Role * Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, managing correspondence, and supporting building security protocols. * Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including pre-employment activities, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding. * Support HR processes and systems, including I-9 documentation, employee records, FMLA paperwork, ADP updates, and data tracking. * Manage employee and contractor building access, including badge creation, updates, audits, and deactivation. * Serve as a resource for employee questions and appropriately route HR and payroll inquiries. * Coordinate new hire apparel inventory and distribution and assist with plant paycheck distribution. * Provide scheduling and administrative support for internal interviews and other HR activities. * Support plant events and internal communications by creating flyers, updating presentations, and maintaining digital signage across facilities.
