This role will have the opportunity to join a global organization's Corporate HR department to understand human resources functions, employee experience, and people-related projects. The ideal candidate will be Bilingual in Spanish. This role will work directly under the Corporate HR Management team to support in HR projects such as ESATs (Employee Satisfaction Surveys), Employee Experience, and Employee Engagement. What You’ll Do Support ESAT communication and data. Engage in projects related to HR Management, including employee experience and engagement.
