As we scale quickly, our People team is building the foundation (programs, processes, and data) that will support thousands of employees and contractors across energy, construction, and technology. The Role We’re looking for an HR Programs Specialist to help design, launch, and measure the people programs that support our growth. You’ll sit at the intersection of HR operations, people analytics, and program management, partnering with HR leadership, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to turn workforce data into decisions and ideas into scalable processes. This is a high-visibility role on a People team that is building from the ground up. What You’ll Do Build and maintain workforce reporting and dashboards covering headcount, attrition, hiring, span of control, and contractor and employee mix, and translate the results into clear recommendations for leadership. Support headcount planning and organizational design work, including position tracking, role clarity, and keeping a reliable single source of truth for headcount. Partner with Total Rewards on compensation analysis, offer support, market benchmarking, and annual merit and bonus cycles. Design, launch, and manage people programs such as onboarding, early-career and development programs, and engagement initiatives, from planning and communications through measuring outcomes. Document and improve HR processes and SOPs, and identify opportunities to automate manual work and improve data quality. Act as a point of contact for program participants and stakeholders, coordinating communications and resolving issues. Prepare executive-ready materials and analysis for HR leadership. Requirements What You Bring 2–5 years of experience across HR, people analytics, compensation, HR operations, or HR program management. Strong analytical skills, with advanced Excel and experience in at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Experience managing programs or projects end to end with multiple stakeholders. The ability to turn complex data into a clear story for non-technical audiences. Comfort with ambiguity and building process where none exists. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Nice to Have SQL or experience with data tools such as Snowflake or Alteryx. Exposure to compensation planning cycles or workforce and contingent labor planning. Experience in a high-growth environment or in a large enterprise HR function. Familiarity with project tools such as Jira, Notion, or Miro.
