What you'll do
- Provide HSE guidance, training, and audits across assigned locations and the broader EPS business segment.
- Help teams identify risks, improve work practices, and strengthen safety and environmental compliance.
What you need
- <span>Thorough knowledge of applicable U.S. federal, state, and local Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and requirements.</span>
- <span>Demonstrated ability to interpret, apply, and communicate regulatory requirements, including OSHA General Industry Standards (29 CFR Part 1910).</span>
- <span>Working knowledge of recognized HSE management systems and standards, including ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001.</span>
- <span>Experience developing, facilitating, and delivering HSE training across multiple subject areas.</span>
- <span>Demonstrated ability to conduct quantitative hazard and risk assessments and recommend appropriate risk-control measures.</span>
- <span>Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration applications, including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</span>
- <span>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate HSE requirements and expectations to employees, operational leadership, and key stakeholders.</span>
- <span>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to identify HSE risks, evaluate trends, and recommend practical solutions.</span>
