AGIS is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our Human Resources team at our beautiful Rancho Cucamonga headquarters. At AGIS, our HR team plays a vital role in supporting our people and business operations. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to employees and leaders across the organization. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will provide administrative support across Human Resources and Payroll functions while helping ensure a positive employee experience from hire to retirement. Responsibilities include: Support payroll operations through timecard audits, attendance tracking, payroll reporting, and employee payroll inquiries. Train employees on timekeeping procedures, punch codes, and time off requests. Assist supervisors and managers with timecard reviews and corrections. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HRIS systems. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities. Conduct background checks and employment verification processes. Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and general inquiries. Manage HR documentation, compliance tracking, and employee files. Support HR projects, initiatives, and company-wide programs. Assist with policy communication and employee education efforts. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and company information. Serve as a trusted resource for employees while promoting a positive and professional workplace culture. Required Qualifications: Associate degree or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 1-2 years of Human Resources, Payroll, or HR Administration experience. Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems such as Paylocity, ADP, or similar platforms. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and follow-through.
