What This Job Is Really About You'll be the first voice an HVAC contractor, technician, or facility manager hears when they walk in or call. You need to know our equipment, parts, and supplies, stay calm when the counter fills up, and get the answer right the first time. This is a sales role, but the best counter people think like technicians and know how to close the sale.
