What you'll do
- Learn how to properly install HVAC equipment and ductwork
- Learn aspects of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical
- Maintain & troubleshoot Commercial HVAC equipment
- Service split systems, rooftop units, heat pumps, DX Systems, etc.
- Test & replace parts using appropriate instruments
- Perform preventative maintenance for commercial customers
- Remain customer service focused
What you need
- High mechanical aptitude
- Pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
- Work 10-hour days and overtime when necessary
- On call availability
- Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors
- Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs
- Work efficiently in confined spaces
- HVAC trade school or commercial HVAC experience (preferred)

Your pay: $17 to $24 per hour, depending on experience. Profit sharing program for all employees. Continued growth depends on you. Annual pay review.

Your main Tasks:
Be safe! Safety is our #1 priority.
Learn how to properly install HVAC equipment and ductwork.
Learn aspects of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical.
Maintain & troubleshoot Commercial HVAC equipment.
Service split systems, rooftop units, heat pumps, DX Systems, etc.
Test & replace parts using appropriate instruments.
Perform preventative maintenance for commercial customers.
Remain customer service focused.
Other tasks as assigned.
Experience or Certification needed:
High mechanical aptitude.
HVAC trade school or commercial HVAC experience is preferred.
You need to be able to:
Keep it a Drug-free Workplace.
Pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
Be punctual and reliable.
Work 10-hour days and overtime when necessary.
On call availability.
Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors.
Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs.
Work efficiently in confined spaces.
Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
