Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform general and routine maintenance checks on HVAC equipment Perform Inspections of installed HVAC units Diagnose and replace minor HVAC parts Job Requirements: EPA Certification is preferred but not required Prior HVAC/maintenance experience is preferred but not required Current Driver's License Outgoing, professional, clean-cut and drug-free Ability to troubleshoot service issues Demonstrated knowledge of proper and safe use of tools and related equipment Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment
