What you'll do

  • Respond promptly to service calls, perform diagnostics, and execute necessary repairs
  • Install HVAC systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company standards
  • Conduct routine maintenance to optimize system performance
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and providing system guidance
  • Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations
  • Maintain accurate service records, including diagnostics, repairs, and parts usage
  • Track and manage tools, equipment, and spare parts
  • Stay current with industry advancements and certifications

What you need

  • EPA Section 608 Certification
  • Understanding of electrical components, refrigerant handling, diagnostics, and airflow dynamics
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service abilities
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Ability to work on-call shifts as needed

This role is critical in delivering top-tier service, installations, and maintenance for HVAC systems.
