What you'll do
- Troubleshoot HVAC system issues, make recommendations to homeowners, and provide value on systems and equipment.
- Attend manufacturer and safety training and follow safety policies and procedures.
What you need
- Requires an HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school, a valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record, and the ability to handle heavy equipment and a physical workload of at least 50 LBS.
- Five or more years of HVAC experience and EPA type II are preferred.
- Education: a professional certificate

is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service Team. HVAC Service and Selling Technicians are paid hourly plus commission.

What You Will Do:
· Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
· Maintain strong customer service
· Make recommendations and provide value to homeowners on systems and equipment
· Troubleshoot HVAC system issues for customers and understand system design
· Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
· Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
· Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS
Who You Are:
· 5+ Years HVAC experience preferred
· EPA type II (Preferred)
· HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
· Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
· Ability to handle heavy equipment
