As an HVAC Tune-Up Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance, system inspections, and tune-ups on residential heating and cooling equipment while providing homeowners with honest recommendations to keep their systems operating safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Perform residential HVAC maintenance and tune-ups on heating and cooling systems. Conduct system performance evaluations and safety inspections. Identify potential repair and replacement needs. Educate homeowners on system operation, maintenance plans, and indoor air quality solutions. Accurately document service calls and recommendations. Deliver a best-in-class customer experience on every visit. Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a professional manner. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Requirements HVAC experience preferred; training available for others who have the drive and motivation Strong customer service and communication skills. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
