Install Coordinator Bardi Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical | Norcross, GA Bardi is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Install Coordinator to help keep our installation operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and knows how to keep multiple moving parts on track. What You'll Do Coordinate and schedule residential installation jobs to ensure efficient daily operations. Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, arrival times, and installation updates. Work closely with installation managers, technicians, sales teams, and warehouse staff. Ensure jobs are properly prepared, including equipment, materials, permits, and necessary documentation. Monitor installation schedules and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or delays. Maintain accurate job records and updates in ServiceTitan. Follow up on completed installations to ensure all documentation is finalized. What We're Looking For Experience in scheduling, dispatching, coordination, or a similar administrative role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable using scheduling software and Microsoft Office. Experience with ServiceTitan or in the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry is a plus.
