What you'll do

Enter, edit and assign incoming jobs to coordinators.
Update daily live information for tracking current jobs.
Work with sales and finance to assign job revenue totals.
Work with customers to finish close out and warranty documentation.
Assist coordinators with their projects and learn to coordinate,
Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers as well as other departments.

What you need

Have customer service or dispatch experience.
Construction experience or project management is a plus.
Display high energy and enthusiasm under tight deadlines and work pressures.
Ability to clearly convey information and ideas through both verbal and written communication.
Excellent time management skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
Thrive in fast pace/high volume office atmosphere.
