What you'll do
- Schedules installation appointments Reviews pending installations and verifies product arrival and labor workbooks Manages Installation pipeline and paperwork Maintains communication with customers; collect and submit funding Receives and maintains inventory of orders Resolves relevant customer resolution issues Close installations in the CRM when verified complete Performs other duties as assigned
What you need
- High school Diploma or GED
- 2+ year of similar administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- CRM (Customer Record Management) experience a plus
- Customer-centric mindset
- Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high pressure environment
- Home Improvement/Home Services experience a plus
