What you'll do
- Deliver, assemble, install, troubleshoot, and service soda systems and equipment.
- Communicate issues and recommend solutions, provide customer service and delivery-driver support, and maintain an organized parts inventory.
What you need
- Requires 1 to 3 years of Route Delivery Experience, basic plumbing, electrical wiring, and appliance repair skills, and familiarity with hand and power tools and tubing cutters.
- Must lift 50 to 100 lbs., have a clean driving record, pass a drug test, and work on ladders and in confined spaces.

Soda Installer and Customer Service Technician

Our warehouse is located Carteret, NJ and you will be working throughout the Northern NJ and NY area.
A little about us:
At Multi-Flow Industries we specialize in the manufacturing and distribution of a wide range of beverages used in the Food Service Industry. We are our customers one-stop-shop for all their bars and restaurant needs.
What the job entails:
· Deliver and assemble new soda systems.
· Analyze and troubleshoot soda systems – including fountain dispensers, carbonators, ice-combination units and bag-in-box (BIB) syrup racks.
· Communicate findings of problems or issues: recommend solutions.
· Train and learn the installation and servicing of soda systems and equipment.
· Provide a high level of customer service.
· Provide Route Delivery Driver support as needed.
· Performs other duties as requested.
· Maintaining an organized parts inventory in the vehicle.
Requirements
What you need to be successful:
· Technical Skills: basic plumbing, electrical wiring, appliance repair.
· Tools: Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, tubing cutters
· 1-3 years of Route Delivery Experience
· Able to lift 50 to 100 lbs.
· Clean driving record
· Ability to pass drug test
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and take initiative
· Ability to work on ladders, under counters and inside cabinets.
