What you'll do
- <ul><li>Install Fabricated Natural Stone, Solid surface, Quartz, Dekton and Laminate</li><li>Modify/fabricate in the field and repair chips, scratches or defects in material as needed</li><li>Attach and install top mount and undermount sinks</li><li>Drill holes for fixtures as needed</li><li>Use hand tools; Grinders, saws, routers and sanders.</li><li>Verify integrity of new or existing cabinetry (plumb, square & level)</li><li>Removal of existing countertops and backsplash as needed</li><li>Handling customer concerns and problem solving in the field</li><li>Measure and cut to within 1/32 tolerance</li><li>Work to proper safety standards</li></ul><p><strong><u>Physical Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Ability to handle heavy materials – lifting, carrying, pulling, and pushing 100+ pounds</li><li>Must be able to stand for 8+ hours a day</li></ul>

- <ul><li>High School Diploma or Equivalent</li><li>Installation and fabrication experience preferred</li><li>Experience using tools, measuring and cutting accurately preferred</li><li>Must be a team player with the ability to focus on client fulfillment</li><li>A courteous, helpful attitude towards customer service</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Self-directed and capable of staying on task with minimal supervision</li><li>Self-motivate and Intuitive-wise</li><li>Good Communication skills</li><li>Valid drivers-license</li></ul>
