What you'll do

Maintain a valid Class E driver's license.
Prepare and load insulation materials onto company trucks for delivery to residential construction sites.
Drive company vehicles to designated job locations.
Operate a forklift to move materials in the warehouse and prepare loads for delivery.
Transport and unload insulation supplies at job sites.
Install batt and blown-in insulation according to project requirements.
Remove debris and clean work areas after installation is complete.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, company vehicles, and equipment.

What you need

Maintain a valid Class E driver's license.
The job requires regularly lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in varying weather conditions.

Position Overview The Insulation Installer supports residential new-construction projects by preparing, transporting, and installing batt and blown-in insulation. This position includes warehouse responsibilities, travel to job sites in company vehicles, and maintaining clean and organized work areas. Key Responsibilities Maintain a valid Class E driver's license. Prepare and load insulation materials onto company trucks for delivery to residential construction sites. Drive company vehicles to designated job locations. Operate a forklift to move materials in the warehouse and prepare loads for delivery. Transport and unload insulation supplies at job sites. Install batt and blown-in insulation according to project requirements. Remove debris and clean work areas after installation is complete. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, company vehicles, and equipment. Physical Requirements and Work Environment Frequently stand and walk, including climbing stairs throughout the workday. Regularly climb ladders and perform assigned tasks on scaffolding. Occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist to complete job duties. Regularly lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as push or pull materials as needed. Work in varying weather and temperature conditions, including exposure to outdoor elements.
