You will work across policy documentation, claims analysis, underwriting workflows, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure our coverage programs remain competitive, compliant, and seamless for our clients.What you'll doCoverage & Policy Operations: Review policy documentation, support quoting workflows, and ensure accurate enrollment verifications and coverage determinations across all active programs.Claims & Technical Support: Serve as an internal escalation point for complex coverage questions, claims reviews, and nuanced loss scenarios, ensuring fast, fair, and accurate resolutions.Product Insights & Gap Analysis: Dive into loss runs, claims data, and client inquiries to spot coverage gaps, emerging risk trends, and opportunities to enhance existing products or launch new ones.Client & Partner Touchpoints: Deliver high-touch, consultative support for insureds, claimants, and distribution partners on technical policy matters.Process & Workflow Optimization: Partner with Product, Operations, and Customer Support teams to streamline information flow, automate recurring checks, and refine documentation.Subject Matter Leadership: Develop an exhaustive understanding of Get Covered’s policy forms, endorsements, and program rules to serve as the go-to resource across the organization.QualificationsLicensing & Experience: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required, alongside 2 to 4 years of direct experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, policy administration, or product analysis.Technical Policy Acumen: High comfort level reading, interpreting, and applying policy wording, standard endorsements, and manuscript provisions.Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to look at claims data, loss scenarios, or operational friction points and translate them into actionable product recommendations.Communication & Collaboration: Clear, articulate communication skills to explain complex insurance concepts to both technical partners and non-insurance stakeholders.Ownership & Adaptability: A proactive, self-directed attitude that thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities can evolve quickly.Why Get Covered?Collaborative Culture: You’ll wear multiple hats, but you’ll never wear them alone.
