What you'll do
- Serve as the primary contact between inter-company customers and facility teams
- Prepare quotes and manage order entry, acknowledgments, and follow-up
- Build achievable production schedules around demand, capacity, materials, and lead times
- Monitor inventory, replenishment needs, forecasts, and delivery commitments
- Partner with Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, Production, and Manufacturing to resolve issues
- Identify demand and capacity conflicts early and help drive solutions
- Use ERP planning messages and production data to keep priorities aligned
What you need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service, planning, or manufacturing experience.
- Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and follow-through.
- Confidence working across departments and building lasting customer relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree, CPIM certification, or five years of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Citizen of the United States, or
- Permanent resident alien of the United States, or
- Protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) as defined by 22CFR120.15
- Education: a high school diploma or a bachelor's degree

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do

Qualifications
