In this role, you will…
Develop and support the implementation of configurations in the Duck Creek Suite (Policy, Billing, Insights).
Plan, execute, and document unit testing.
Participate in peer reviews.
Support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and participate in the development sprints.
Develop and support Proof of Concept (POC) projects as required.
Provide product support and maintenance for products in production.
Participate in developing documentation and job aid documents.
