What you'll do

The intern will provide support to the IT Service Management Team by reviewing material requests and ensuring data governance policies are followed.
Additionally, they will perform data analysis and reporting to identify and correct master data nonconformities.

What you need

Candidates should be college seniors pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and strong communication and organizational skills are required.
Education: a bachelor's degree

This intern will provide extra support for the IT Service Management Team in North America. Job Duties: * Review requests for creation and changes of materials for the Americas. * Support the business with clerical updates while ensuring data governance policies are followed. * Provide reports and analysis of existing master data and identify and work with the business to correct nonconformities. Requirements: * College Senior (preferred) in degree program * Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field * Proficient with Microsoft tools, specifically Word and Excel * Strong organizational, verbal/written communication and presentation skills * Ability to work and maintain focus in a remote work environment The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $17.00 and $21.50. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
