DESCRIPTION: SECURA Insurance has exciting commercial underwriting internship opportunities located out of our Neenah, WI campus. Our ideal candidates show an interest in the insurance industry and will be available to start in June 2027. Our interns work alongside underwriting staff and are given opportunities to job shadow and complete insurance related course work. The position is full-time during the summer (40 hours) and can transition to part-time (15-20 hours) when school is in session. SECURA has a high success rate of Interns being hired post-graduation as full-time associates. RESPONSIBILITIES: Underwriting small business renewal accounts from start to finish Support underwriter’s new business prospect file set-up that may include: website search, diagrams, aerial photos, building value estimates, loss run evaluation & driving record reviews.
