Job Description The Customer Success Professional (CSP) intern will assist in streamlining back-office operations and enhance efficiency by optimizing quote-to-cash processes, maintaining / enhancing customer workflows, and/or reducing administrative burdens for Customer Success Managers. The CSP intern will proactively address any issues to maintain data accuracy and ensure efficient operations. Your Responsibilities: Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize performance and enhance the customer experience Work with global quote to cash teams to ensure accurate data, reporting and processes. Transform raw data into insightful dashboards using Excel, Power BI or similar tools. Conduct data analysis to uncover trends and potential problems in reports. Assist with the training and enablement of processes and new/existing product launches. Update project plans and notes to help inform the team and stakeholders on pending issues on a proactive basis The Essentials - You Will Have: Active enrollment in a four year or advanced degree program at an accredited university Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Met us through an event or interned with us in the past A cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale Experience with data visualization using Power BI or Excel (can perform complex functions) Relocation support is not provided for this role.
