Intern- Intergrated Product Services Design

Position Summary: This position will report to the Director, Integrated Product Services.  This position will involve all phases of a design project, including specification and architectural design, detailed circuit design, simulation, layout, verification, and design bring-up and test.     Primary Responsibilities: Participate in the different design phases from specification, through design, bring up and automation of custom test designs. Perform tests and characterization using our custom test systems Bring-up prober and probe wafers in the cleanroom   Position Requirements: Excellent communication skills. Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscope, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters. Knowledge of python, Verilog/VHDL, mahlab and/or c programming. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Motivated to carry out a wide variety of tasks with clear communication and presentation skills in a dynamic team environment.   About Us:    Forza Silicon is a Business Unit in the Materials Analysis Division of AMETEK, Inc.
