Marketing Internship    Scot Forge Company is looking to hire two Marketing Interns for the summer of 2027 at the corporate facility in Spring Grove, IL. The Scot Forge marketing interns will touch all facets of marketing from social media, graphic design, content creation, digital performance, AI integration and data analysis. Anticipated Projects include: * Content creation for and management of all social media channels * Analysis of current or potential markets with recommendations for campaign outreach * Partner with Sales industry specialists for content creation * Gather, analyze and communicate market data and feedback to create targeted marketing campaigns, content and segmentation * Internal communication planning and execution * Assistance with corporate event planning and onsite customer experience management  Qualifications: Required Skills * Pursuing a bachelor’s degree majoring in Business, Marketing or Communications  * Rising Senior or higher at start of internship * Independent worker with strong self-management and problem-solving skills, who can demonstrate learning agility * Outgoing personality with a natural curiosity and logic-based thought process * Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments * Excellent writing, proofreading and communication skills Scot Forge Internship Program Offers: * Paid Compensation  * Professional Career Development and Mentoring * Company Sponsored Intern Events * Cross-Discipline Intern Project * Meaningful Project Work  * Real World Problem Solving  * Collaborative Work Environment  * Profit-Sharing Bonus  Additional Requirements: * Must be authorized to work anywhere in the U.S. without sponsorship * Must be able to pass a 90-day head hair drug test today Review of applications will begin September 28th and continue until the position is filled. The estimated pay range for this position is the lowest and highest range we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately may pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. The actual base pay offered to a candidate will depend on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, seniority, geographic location and prevailing minimum wage, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.
