- Enter educational program completions and premium credits in the policy management system
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner
- Provide operational support to Risk Consultants by assisting with live education programs and onsite risk assessments
- Assist with quality assurance review of risk management education materials and resources
- Assist with team projects, development of standard operating procedures, and ongoing quality improvement efforts
- Assist with various other duties and project work as assigned
