- Conduct basic research and data collection
- Maintain records, collections and files related to specific projects
- Assist in the development of graphics, presentation materials and reports
What you need
- Enrolled in a related undergraduate or graduate program
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Design, Civil Engineering, Planning, or another relevant field of study (preferred)
- Interest in infrastructure and transportation (preferred)

This opportunity entails being under close supervision, assist departments by performing basic assignments in the areas including, but not limited to Science, Planning, Technology. This position is usually on a part-time, temporary, or co-op basis.
Our Bellevue and Seattle are seeking a Transportation Planning intern for Summer 2027.
We do NOT provide relocation or housing for these positions.
What You’ll Do:
Assists project team members with various support tasks.
Conducts basic research and data collection.
Maintains records, collections and files related to specific projects.
Assist in the development of graphics, presentation materials and reports.
Performs other duties assigned.
What You’ll Need:
Enrolled in a related undergraduate or graduate program
What We Prefer:
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Design, Civil Engineering, Planning, or another relevant field of study.
Interest in infrastructure and transportation.

The approximate pay range for Washington is $25.28 - $37.92. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position based on all selected locations within the state at the time of posting.
