In this entry-level role, you’ll report to the Director of National Accounts and work across our regional program teams to identify commercial organizations where CLEAResult already has strong relationships, qualify those opportunities, and hand them to our sales managers to pursue. It’s an excellent opportunity to learn our direct-to-customer offerings in depth and develop the skills to find and qualify prospects for them. Key Responsibilities Meet with regional program teams, outreach staff, and account managers to identify companies and contacts where CLEAResult has strong existing relationships. Qualify leads based on each customer’s needs and CLEAResult’s offerings. Manage a consistent pipeline of 25 to 50 leads distributed across regions. Coordinate with sales managers on the status of opportunities and any key considerations for each lead. Create and update accounts, opportunities, and related records in Salesforce. Take on ad hoc projects as needed to support the sales team. What We’re Looking For A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who is motivated to help build something new. Strong organizational skills and a disciplined approach to follow-up, so that opportunities keep moving and every party knows the next steps. Comfort building relationships across internal teams and communicating clearly with managers and external contacts. Curiosity about learning a new product set and a willingness to ask questions and seek feedback. Proficiency with CRM systems or a strong willingness to learn Salesforce. DOT Requirements If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations. Compensation Range $59,500.00 - $89,200.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
