What you'll do
- Take initiative to learn about Park brand, culture, and history
- Develop an understanding of department operations, processes, procedures, and performance standards
- Contribute to projects and daily work in assigned banking department
- Present project results to appropriate audience as requested
- Network with other associates, leaders, and executives across the bank to develop strong relationships
- Complete required trainings in a timely manner and seek out additional learning and development opportunities
- Participate in end of term performance reviews and provide detailed feedback on their experience
- Spend time with Retail, Commercial, Wealth Management, Cash Management, Marketing, and Mortgage Lending in Charlotte
What you need

- Must live within 25 miles of Charlotte office

* Takes initiative to learn about Park brand, culture, and history
* Develops an understanding of department operations, processes, procedures, and performance standards
* Contributes to projects and daily work in assigned banking department
* Presents project results to appropriate audience as requested

* Completes required trainings in a timely manner and seeks out additional learning and development opportunities
