This is a unique opportunity to join a team dedicated to bringing hope to the City of Baltimore and participate in serving at the very first Women’s Teen Challenge Home in Maryland. The home is beautifully remodeled, small, intimate, and family-oriented, accommodating up to 6 adult women. Baltimore ranks among the top five cities in the nation for addiction and associated crime. Despite these challenges, the beauty and potential of Baltimore are unparalleled. Our city is ready for transformation, and the need for support is immense. We are thrilled to seek out a mature Spirit-Lead leader to assist in the the early foundational years of this home, which is brimming with innovative ideas and opportunities. We are excited to “Get Love Right” as we bring the hope of Jesus to a new frontier for the struggling women of Baltimore City. As it is written, “Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth” (1 John 3:18). Key\nTasks: ● Facilitate med call ● Ensure safety and security on Teen\nChallenge campus ● Unpack and inspect incoming student\nbelongings ● Conduct regular student room\ninspections ● Accompany student body on scheduled\noutside events and outings ● Accompany students to appointments\n(MD, Dental etc.) ● Serve as main after hours point of\ncontact for Staff and Executive Director ● Maintain lodging at Teen Challenge\ncenter ● Assume responsibility for shut down\nand lock up of center at night Requirements Spiritual\nLeadership: ● Be a person of maturity,\ndemonstrating servant leadership. ● Be a positive role model\n“in speech, in love, in faith and in purity.” ● Exhibits the Fruit of the\nSpirit in daily living. ● Maintain a life above\nreproach Benefits Compensation: ● Stipend-Bi-Monthly ● Housing/Food Provided ● Medicaid Is Easily\nAttained ● Berean School of the\nBible- Tuition Provided- AG Pastoral Credentialing ● 1 Hour from Washington\nDC, 1.5 Hours from Philadelphia, 3.5 hours from New York' We Will Purchase Your Travel Ticket to Our Center How\nTo Apply: ● Website: 1. www.teenchallengebaltimore.com 2.
