Description Inventory Control Specialist Waddell, AZ Employment Type: Full-Time Rate of Pay: $22 - $24/hour We’re looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to join our team, where you’ll help keep our customers’ inventory accurate, traceable, and audit ready. Execute cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain reliable warehouse records to support efficient 3PL operations and customer service. Your Impact: As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will: · Perform cycle counts, location audits, recounts, and item, lot, and serial validations. · Reconcile physical inventory with WMS records; document results and support approved adjustment requests. · Investigate variances across receiving, picking, replenishment, shipping, and inventory movements. · Validate FIFO/FEFO, inventory status, holds, and customer-specific requirements; maintain audit-ready records. · Partner with warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies, escalate risks promptly, and prevent repeat errors. What You Bring to the Table: · High school diploma or GED. · Working knowledge of WMS, RF scanning, cycle counting, and inventory research. · Understanding of FIFO/FEFO, lot/serial tracking, inventory status, and customer compliance requirements. · Ability to use Excel, warehouse reports, mobile devices, dashboards, and Microsoft Teams. · Knowledge of warehouse safety, OSHA standards, SOPs, and 5S; availability for overtime, weekends, or after-hours support as needed.
