What you'll do

Troubleshoot basic IT issues and provide help desk support to clients
Assist with compliance tasks, documentation, and recordkeeping
Respond to routine customer questions and service requests
Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team member
Provide general administrative and backup support as needed
