IT Support Internship - Summer 2027

What You’ll Do: As a 2027 summer IT Support Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting a wide range of technology initiatives across the organization. This role offers exposure to IT support, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data management, and analytics while working alongside experienced technology professionals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Approach all work from a “security first” mindset. • Assist with help desk calls, scheduling, and tickets for internal users. Troubleshoot problems reported by users. • Administer and support desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, smartphones, and software deployment. • Support IT equipment in a manufacturing environment. • Assist IT Security Manager with monitoring and maintenance tasks. • Oversee Asset disposal tracking. • Ability to travel to remote work locations as needed.
