This is a hybrid role with 3 days expected in office. Responsibilities Work with senior developers to create internal and client-facing geospatial solutions within Esri and custom frameworks. Perform needs assessments to identify application and visualization requirements. Design data schemas. Develop user acceptance testing and documentation. Maintain and support applications according to changing business/mission requirements. Work on consulting projects for government and commercial clients. Participate in testing, supporting, and deploying tools and preparing technical documentation. Required Skills & Required Experience Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, GIS or other relevant geospatial or data science related field with 0-3 years of professional experience Experience with Python, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and/or React Desire to grow as a GIS developer Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving, verbal and written communication, design development, and debugging skills Ability to work independently using strong organizational skills and operate effectively in team settings using an agile software development approach and tools like Git/GitHub Be a U.S. citizen capable of passing a federal background investigation to obtain a Public Trust clearance Preferred Skills Experience working with ArcGIS Enterprise and Azure or AWS systems. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
