Position Title: Junior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) Location: Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO or Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL Relocation Assistance: None available at this time Remote/Telework: NO - Not available for this position Clearance Type: DoW Secret Shift: Day shift Travel Required: Up to 10% of the time Description of Duties: The Junior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) is part of Amentum’s Missile Defense Division and directly supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). The candidate will provide support to senior ISSOs in the completion of the following tasks: · Provide cybersecurity engineering support in the development and maintenance of MDAs IC common use systems in RMF using MDAs Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS). · Review, update, perform quality updates and process ATO renewals, review & process IATT renewals, review Control & Package workflows using MDAs eMASS instance. · Maintains Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms) to include AO Liens. · Produce and maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly reports as needed by the ISSM. · Support MDA Control Validation Testing (CVTs) through tasking and tracking of deliverables ensuing timely completion. · Support MDA in other Cybersecurity inspections (eg; MCTO/CCRI/CORA/ESM). · Document and review Security Controls and Control Correlation Identifier CCI) answers. · Interface with the Admin/ ISSM and other ISSOs to provide coordinated responses on IC common use systems. · Participate in technical discussions with Government and Contract customers. · Perform Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) activities on assigned systems. · The successful candidate will: · Have demonstrable experience with ATO packages to include Customer Responsibility Matrix’s for IaaS, PaaS and SaaS. · Have demonstrable knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF). · Have demonstrable knowledge of the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) tool. · Have fundamental networking knowledge. Basic Requirements: · Must have 1, or more, years of directly related experience · Must have direct experience with eMASS · Must have a current DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II Certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+ CE Certification) · Must be able to work on site 5 days per week · Must have an active DoW Secret Security Clearance Desired Requirements: · Have experience with BMC Helix · Have fundamental project management knowledge · Have experience with drafting and peer reviewing policy and procedure · Have experience with CND tools like ACAS, E-STIG, etc. This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
