Apply Description Join Our Growing Talent Acquisition Team as a Junior Recruiter! PCRK Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for massage therapists, estheticians, and spa team members. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and hiring massage therapists , understands the wellness industry, and is confident guiding candidates through the hiring process. Key Responsibilities: • Source and recruit licensed massage therapists and spa professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and local outreach • Conduct phone screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications • Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS • Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms • Support hiring initiatives and high-volume recruiting needs • Prepare job descriptions, offer letters, and recruitment materials • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs • Assist with administrative tasks related to recruiting and onboarding Requirements Required Qualifications • Experience recruiting massage therapists (preferred) • Driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to meet hiring targets • Strong objection-handling skills when speaking with candidates • Excellent communication and organizational abilities-Computer knowledge • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting • Familiarity with ATS systems and modern sourcing tools Benefits: · Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits · 401K & other ancillary benefit · Full Time · Pay: $40,000 - $45,000 Annually DOE If you're proactive, people-focused, and ready to make an impact from day one, we’d love to hear from you!
