What you'll do
- Greet customers, answer phones, schedule appointments, send updates, and assist with estimates, invoices, and follow-up.
- Help with inventory, loaner vehicles, marketing, shop organization, and other team support.
What you need
- Strong communication and customer service skills, ability to multi-task and stay organized, and a valid driver’s license.
- Previous customer service or automotive knowledge is helpful but not required.

NOW HIRING: Part Time - Junior Service Adviso r Join the Auto Allies Team! Auto Allies, a family-owned repair shop celebrating 20 years of service, is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Junior Service Advisor to join our growing team. This is a flexible, hands-on role perfect for someone who loves helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow in the automotive service industry. This job is listed as Part time, but can grow into a full time position. You’ll be the “go-to” support person, floating where needed to keep the front office running smoothly, customers informed, and the team supported. What You’ll Do: Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience. Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments. Send updates via text, email, or phone. Assist with estimates, invoices, and customer communication (with training). Help with follow-up calls, and declined service outreach. Help with inventory tracking and ordering. Assist with loaner vehicle coordination. Support marketing efforts and shop organization. Jump in wherever needed, this is a true team support role. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and keep calm under pressure. Positive attitude and willingness to learn the automotive repair process. Dependable, punctual, and supportive team player. Computer-savvy (Shop software experience is a plus but not required). Valid driver’s license. Previous customer service or automotive knowledge is helpful—but we will train the right person. What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience.
