Protect confidential employee, customer, business, and system information throughout onboarding, offboarding, and support activities. Take ownership of appropriately scoped IT projects such as hardware refreshes, software rollouts, process improvements, documentation initiatives, and configuration changes, with manager approval and oversight. Assist with IT vendor relationships, licensing, renewals, service reviews, purchasing coordination, and evaluation of technical solutions. Look for practical ways to improve reliability, security, user experience, documentation, and the consistency of IT service across the organization.
