LC Associate $18.25 Hourly What You'll Do Rotate between functions within the Logistics Center, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Operate material handling equipment. Replenish workstations with supplies. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Meet productivity, quality, performance, and safety standards. Perform additional duties as assigned. Meet attendance and punctuality standards. What We're Looking For Experience working in a warehouse. Comfortable using a computer on a daily basis. Available to work overtime when needed. Highly energetic for a fast-paced environment. RF scanner experience. Good math skills and attention to detail. Lift up to 50 lbs. Walk for 8-12 hours and pull a pallet jack when needed. Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and occupational hazards. Follow work instructions and safety procedures and seek clarification when needed. Adapt to changing priorities and operational needs. Work independently with minimal supervision. Identify potential safety risks and report concerns promptly. Education High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred. Working Conditions Occasional overtime or non-standard work hours may be required based on business needs. Distribution center environment may include exposure to extreme temperatures, high noise levels, elevated work areas, wet and/or humid conditions, and outdoor weather conditions. Must have working knowledge of the English language for training and safety purposes.
