Primary Function The LCC Technician is responsible for repair, assembly, alignment, testing, troubleshooting, refurbishment, and maintenance of laser systems, laser cavities, and related electro-optical subsystems while supporting Lumenis Care Center operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Assemble, align, test, troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish laser systems, cavities, and subsystems. • Diagnose and repair customer-returned products and RMA units. • Provide technical support to internal teams and customers as needed. • Maintain service records, DHR documentation, and inventory transactions. • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. • Support demo system preparation, calibration, and operational readiness. • Participate in continuous improvement, Lean, and 5S initiatives Required Competencies Electronics troubleshooting and repair skills. Ability to read schematics and technical documentation. Experience with electro-mechanical and optical systems. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/service systems. Education and Experience Associate degree in Electronics, Laser Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field; military or equivalent experience. One to three years of relevant technical experience preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to lift to 50 pounds and perform detailed technical work involving electronic and optical components.
