Learning Center Systems Administrator

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE POSITION: An ability to provide outstanding guest service Outstanding attention to detail and project management skills Exceptional time management skills with the ability to stay organized Tech savvy with an aptitude for learning new software systems quickly An ability to compile simple and complex reports Demonstrated soft skills including the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely when communicating with the resort’s leadership team A flexible schedule is needed along with the ability to work both onsite and remotely on occasion WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Manage employee scheduling, assignments, training feedback, and related data within the company’s Flaik software Coordinate squad leaders, coaches, and other special staffing roles Collaborate with the Marketing Department for website and social media content advertising the Learning Center and its offerings Manage the recruiting for a high volume of season ski and snowboarding instructors, with duties including sourcing, performing phone screens, and scheduling interviews with management Assess applicants’ skills and abilities to determine best fit within the Learning Center Partner with the Human Resources Department for a seamless employee onboarding experience Must possess the ability to work a flexible scheduling as needed including evenings, weekends, and holidays WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:  We offer the opportunity to join a growing company with over 40 years in the hospitality industry and be a part of setting a new standard of excellence in guest satisfaction.
