What you'll do
- Administer all leave programs from initial request through return-to-work, serving as the central point of contact for employees.
- Review, track, and determine eligibility for FMLA, state-specific medical leaves, and military absences.
- Partner with HR leadership and operational and school leadership to facilitate the interactive process for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) workplace accommodations.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the payroll team to ensure accurate integrated benefit pay calculations.
- Maintain confidential medical records, system tracking logs, and compliance filings in strict adherence to HIPAA and federal requirements.
- Develop policies and processes to streamline all leave requests.
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline required.
- 3+ years of dedicated experience managing complex leave administration and ADA processes.
- Deep knowledge of FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, and multi-state leave regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of handling sensitive matters with empathy.

As a Leave of Absence (LOA) Analyst with The Menta Education Group, you will oversee the administration of all employee leave cases, including FMLA, short-term disability, long-term disability, state-mandated leaves,worker’s compensation, and ADA accommodations. This position provides empathetic communication while maintaining comprehensive regulatory compliance across all operating districts.
Location: 2471 W Sullivan Rd. Aurora, IL 60506
Hours: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mon-Fri.
Salaried Position follows a 12 Month Corporate Calendar with paid benefit time off.
