What you'll do
- Assess residents’ needs, monitor their well-being, provide resident care, and assist with medication management and care plans.
- Document nursing interventions and participate in performance improvement.
What you need
- Graduate of an accredited RN/LVN/LPN program and at least one year of experience as a nurse in a senior care setting.
- Requires a current active, unencumbered Nursing License in the state of practice; assisted living and/or dementia experience is preferred.

Job Description
The
Licensed Nurse @ The Fitzgerald
provides exemplary nursing services to residents.
What will I do every day?
Assess residents to identify their physical, psychosocial and environmental needs
Monitor residents’ well-being and report any changes in condition
Provide resident care activities under the direction of the Assisted Living Director
Assist with Medication Management Program
Assist with care plans
Participate in the Assisted Living performance improvement process
Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and respond appropriately
Document evaluation of nursing interventions including resident response
What will I need to be successful in this role?
Bring a smile to work every day
Be a great team player
Be a graduate of an accredited RN/LVN/LPN program
Have a minimum of one-year experience as a nurse in a senior care setting
Have some Assisted living and/or dementia experience (preferred)
Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?
Current active, unencumbered Nursing License in the state of practice (LVN/RN/LPN)
